Mrs. Buice, I need to know what type of permits have been granted to the property behind XXX XXX XXW. I also need a copy of his erosion prevention proposal if it was submitted. We are being told he is building 3-4 homes for a man and his kids. What it looks like is a massive subdivision with a three lane entrance. It is fairly apparent we are intentionally being misled. 60 acres have been flattened and excavated, and 5 gravel trucks just passed our house. I need a copy of the permits and erosion plan.
