Good morning, It’s easy to see your frustration. And I will be happy to explain aXXin. I will start with the property on the corner of McCullom and XXX XX W. After our last correspondence, the owner applied for building permits and they were approved to begin construction. I have attached those permits. Please note, the floor plans for permit 23-328 are not in a format that I can scan. If you would like to see the floor plans, you are welcome to come to the office and look at the file. The building did not begin until they had permits in place. There is no violation. The property behind you has not applied for building permits or for land disturbing permits. To my knowledge, they have not begun any building. They have begun some clearing and grubbing. It is yet to be determined if they have cleared more than 1 acre.

There is no refusal to enforce county oXXinances.

All day yesteXXay and from before 8am today, construction has been going on on three job sites. One behind our home on XXX XXXXXXXX XX, and two beside our home on XXX XXX XXW. We have inquired about the numerous required permits for these job sites, and were informed there were none. Construction on these sites has been continuous, and by county oXXinance deemed illeXXl. We have provided direct quotation of these oXXinances, and the consequences for violating them. Yet, construction was allowed to occur unhindered by complete disreXXXX of county law. This disreXXXX of county oXXinance and refusal to enforce them is explicitly negligible, has violated county law, and caused damages.

The following is the compendium of the conversations that took place over email, this represents a documented effort by us to have county oXXinances enforced, and the continual refusal of the county zoning office to do so. Please keep this for your recoXXs.
