So, they haven't stopped, and it is safe to assume they still don't have any permits. What needs to be determined is if this is how zoning treats everyone in the county or is it just our instance? ReXXXXless, since you can't unpour concrete, the damage is done, and Anita is responsible.

This does appear like mass incompetence or spiteful negligence.

Further Insight:

The following emails cover two separate instances where local county oXXinances were disreXXXXed.

  1. Involving the clearing of property owned by Mr. Don Simmons several months ago.
  2. Involving both construction projects currently occurring both behind and beside our property.

I have tried to work with the Department of Natural Resources reXXXXing many concerns I have with the construction surrounding my property, but then DNR was informed to redirect all complaints I have in the future to the county code enforcement. This evolved out of a dispute over the accuracy of measuring a clearance with a laser rangefinder under the remote supervision of a surveyor. My measurements were accurate, and I stand by them.
