Here is the video of the stalking incident that occurred a few nights ago. It took me a day or two to extract the video from the memory bank of my security camera and process it from mpeg transport stream to mpeg standaXX format.

At the very end of the video, you will clearly see the vehicle is a black GMC Tahoe/suburban owned by Erica's father Mr. Simmons. The driver is suspected to be Erica's brother in law Brent McDaniel, who has historically enXXged in the stalking.

We have reported the stalking to the sheriff's office numerous times, and the sheriff's office has made it clear, they have no intention helping us. They have openly expressed a bias in favor of those performing the harassment. I guess we can thank Doug and Abernathy for that.

How many more videos will it take before people start to see we are telling the truth? Because we have them, and we are going to start making them public.

Here is the video of the road Doug plowed through his neighbor's property without permission. He promised to cease using it over a year ago, but hasn't. He used equipment Shane brought from work owned by Helix Group Inc. I contacted Helix a week ago, and confirmed Doug never had permission to use Helix's equipment, and especially he lacked permission to take the equipment to his property to perform work. Both my mother, myself, terry lowe, and probably Red Ogletree witnessed Doug showing property to potential buyers. Shane Tyler told me to contact Doug about purchasing the land because he was "managing the sale". This constitutes brokering real estate without a license.

Not only did we write five letters trying to purchase the land from Dayton, we also tried to use Josh Sappington as a realtor to buy it. Unfortunately Josh lied and said he didn't know anything about it, he was listing Dayton's property in town at the time, and had to have known.

Here is the video for when shane and Doug violated county and state oXXinance to build Erica's house. More than one acre was cleared, without any permit, and no measures were taken to protect the soil and erosion. They have been given free reign to violate state law ever since. You can thank Anita for that, she also practically called me a liar, and burned my integrity with the state EPA.
