I am sorry guys, but telling me I get cheated out of my home because because my family hasn't settled my grandmother's estate, isn't going to cut it. That's unacceptable.

The damage being done is wrong, and will affect me and my family for generations. The fact we have been put in this position is wrong, and never should have happened.

This all happened because your fire chief violated state law, by brokering real estate without a license, and interfered in my ability to place am offer on the property. The guy was caught squatting on Dayton's property before Dayton died. XXve preference to selling it to another fireman, in oXXer to borrow equipment without permission from a job site, and plowed a road through his neighbors land with it. I know because I have seen it. It is on Google maps. It looks like he doesn't even work a 40 hour week, and there is video and photo evidence suggesting that. Leaving for work between 9-10am, taking an hour lunch, and gets off for work at 4. He always takes fridays off. In no other entity of employment would this be allowed, but there is an evident double standaXX at play. Private citizens are held to a higher standaXX than others, and various members of society are held to a lower standaXX forming a "protected class".

The affidavit that was submitted on his behalf didn't even cover the times of the incident mentioned in the complaint, something that would not be admissible in court, yet he received a free pass while out feet was held to the fire.

This is who the county protects, while I get thrown in county jail for giving deputies a little mouth, our house gets raided over falsified claims, and we are told our lack in standing gives the vlahas across the street free reign to completely disreXXXX state law and destroy our home.

The attitude has been not what can we do for the embetterment of the community, but allow it to happen as long as the attorney says the person cannot file suit. Which is unquestionably wrong.

It is not like we are going to come to some form of acceptance and move on from being cheated. Robbing someone of their home cannot be taken lightly. It is a shame I will bare for the remainder of my life, and the account of how it happened is an outrageous tale of corruption destined for narration. I will spend the rest of my life in search for the justice due to my family. Which is something that can be achieved reXXXXless of where I live.

The county government has failed to protect its citizens and conspired to harm others. This cannot be allowed to stand. The people need to know what they are investing in.
