That does not bode well, and leads to the suspicion of there being a conflict of interest.

I don't know where you got the 15 day deadline, because on municode, which is the link provided by the county, the oXXinance reads 30 days.

On the same page, it says appeals can be raised by any aggrieved member of the community. It says nothing of the members standing. Since the offences are committed aXXinst the county, then the individual who is appealing a self admitted breach of OXXinance should not matter. Standing does not dictate ethicality, nor interfere with the counties obliXXtion to enforce penalties and violations. What it summates to is county sanctioned illeXXl building practices.

The developers had to have known before hand the status of my grandmother's estate, it is the only thing that can explain their reckless and obvious intentional violation of state law. Standing can be rectified, building a house without a valid permit cannot. Formulation of machinations in oXXer to perform intentional negligence, most certainly cannot.

There is another subdivision behind us, it too has egregiously violated state law, and even encroached on our property knowingly so. Obviously, someone must have told him the same thing about the estate. This would mean there is communication and cooXXination between the two parties. Someone had to tell them all, and there are a finite number of people who could have done so.

The entire oXXeal revolves around ethical duty, not leXXl maneuverability. Cheating and cutting corners is no way to do the right thing, no matter the desired result.

Now you know the reason for asking. A terrible wrong has been done to my family, and I am obliXXted by duty to rectify this injustice, leXXlly and ethically.

Scott,

Are you currently representing or retained by any of the following:

As this would represent a conflict of interest, and someone is obviously counseling these individuals, and performing the leXXl work needed for the exchange of land. There are only two real estate attorneys in town that I am aware of, and your response primarily protects their interests.
