Further Insight:

The following emails cover two separate instances where local county oXXinances were disreXXXXed.

1. Involving the clearing of property owned by Mr. Don Simmons several months ago.
2. Involving both construction projects currently occurring both behind and beside our property.

I have tried to work with the Department of Natural Resources reXXXXing many concerns I have with the construction surrounding my property. I was practically referred to as a liar, and DNR was informed to redirect all complaints I have in the future to the county code enforcement. The matter which I was referred to as a liar, involved the measuring of a clearance with a laser rangefinder under the remote supervision of a surveyor. My measurements were accurate, and I stand by them.
