1. Doug's affidavit is irrelevant, and proves where he was during the day of the 23XX, not the evening. It is vague and it's intent is to XXs light.
2. Esq. Mayfield's involvement is irrelevant to the procedures of review promised to the citizens of this county through the county oXXinance.
3. Refusal to process complaints and appeals is a violation of constitutional rights to due process as promised by the founders of this country.
4. County immunity to lawsuit does not extend to employees if the act is an act of abuse of position, an act of bias, an overreach of authority, or an act of gross negligence.

So, there is no reason why my mother's complaints should be ignored, or for our complaints to be ignored. As doing such, is refusing us of immutable rights.
